I like it, but my cats are frightened of it. I suggest getting this when first introducing your cat to a litter box. My cats won't use this, they are using the floor instead......

My litter box is working perfectly. This is my second one in 10 years.

Bought my first Litter Robot 3 a few years ago and it is still working good, recently bought another one and I'm very pleased. They are a bit expensive but worth the money in my and my back's oppinion.

Best yet! No problems or issues, cat used it first time! Saves on litter and no smell!

Worked flawlessly until July 2023 when they did an app update. Now I have tried all of the troubleshooting available and it will not connect to the app. So frustrated now.

My sisters have been after me to try a Litter-Robot for years and I finally caved after taking in two more rescue cats this summer. Honestly, I’m annoyed that I waited so long! I was worried the cats wouldn’t use it because some of them are skittish, but they got used to it quickly! One even likes to play with it and cause it to cycle haha. It’s been a godsend for reducing odors as well as helping my lungs. Can’t wait to buy another once we move! **I had to order a replacement part, as one of my cats chewed the rubber up on the dome. Customer Service was quick to respond and I had a new part at my door within days.

Game Changer! This was super easy to setup and my cats went to it right away. It isnt "scary" to them at all. I love that the App tells me everytime it is used and cycles. It also tells me how full it is and when I will need to dump it.

Used to work great now it constantly gets stuck upside down ( yes ive clean out the "safty switch" constantly) and I often get to come home to cat pee and crap all over my house because the stupid thing is stuck.

This is a replacement for the one I purchased in 2021. The litter robot 3 is reliable and efficient in keeping litter clean. Obviously I bought a 2nd one!

I’ve had my litter robot for almost a year at the point of writing my review and I am so glad that I own this thing! I love my cats dearly but I hate cleaning their litter box, and having a litter box that does the work for me just makes living with cats so much better. I also really like the product website for being easy to navigate and having troubleshooting resources which I have referenced often. As much as I love having a litter robot, it is somewhat difficult to clean. It is nearly impossible to get all of the litter out of the globe and it takes a very long time to dry unless you clean it outside on the hottest, sunniest day of the summer. It is also absolutely gargantuan, so finding a spot for it in a small home is a bit tricky.

10/10 hardware - 1/10 software - Literally never works. Find myself unplugging and resetting it at least a few times a week because it just doesn't cycle or says it's sensing for hours at a time. Constantly alerts me that it's full when it was just emptied. When it's working it's great, the only problem is that it's not working probably 90% of the time. Don't waste your money on this.

I have absolutely loved my litter robot overall. But there have been a few times it stopped mid cycle and my cats ended up peeing and pooping on the floor because they couldn’t get in. And now it won’t power on at all. I am going to have to hire someone to trouble shoot and try to figure it out.

I would not be without a litter robot. My last one started to play up after 7 years and although I could have fixed it with new pinch clips I decided to get a new one and gift the old one( and some new pinch clios) to my step son. I love this one. The connectivity helps to keep track of how full it is. Best purchase ever!!

My 3 cats love the first Litter Robot. I was worried about them learning to use it, their so picky. They took to it right off. When it starts it's cycle, all 3 run to watch. I've laughed at them many times. For me, I have respiratory problems and this has been a God send. I was told I would have to give them up, but over my dead body. They're my my heart. Now I can keep them without a problem. The Litter Robot surprised me at how reliable it is. I wish I had bought one earlier. It's so efficient I have purchased another one to have one on both ends of my home.y babies will love it.

I’ve had my litter robot for one month today. In the last 4 weeks it’s malfunctioned twice and now it’s not even working. It repeatedly gets jammed while cycling. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting recommendations to no avail. The picture I attached shows the LitterRobot stuck in the upside down position while cycling. The lights flash red and yellow and there isn’t any troubleshooting information available for this issue when I try to troubleshoot online on their website.

The litter robot is fantastic. My maine coon fits in beautifully and for an extremely fussy cat, she is very happy to use it. The app was also very useful. It used to tell me when she used it, how full it was and when it needed emptying. Now it has stopped working and only tries to sell me stuff. Would be 5 stars but I have taken one star off for the crap app.
