I was hoping it would help me get my period since I’ve been trying everything under the sun the last 3 months to regulate my periods as an ex user of many years of birth control. Although this didn’t regulate my periods, I think it’s the kind of thing you have to commit to for several months for results and I just couldn’t commit because the taste of this was rough and bitter for me personally.

I start taking this tincture twice a day for 2 weeks before my bleed (from ovulation to menstruation ) and have found so much relief from hopelessness and suicidal ideation. I also take an antihistamine (hydroxyzine) and together most of my symptoms are at bay. Still sleepy and achy but that feels like common pms symptoms. wish this tincture also had ginseng for energy and willow for pain. 🤞

If I am consistent on taking 6 mil a day, my cycle regulates, along with taking raspberry tea in the morning as well. Definitely recommend if you are irregular.

One month I randomly just didn’t get my period lots of tests later no Answer, four months goes by still no period. Decided to try this product as the last effort to maybe try and balance my hormones. being pretty much the only thing I changed (as I was already eating, healthy and exercising) I’m pretty positive It’s what worked for me! Either way, I’m gonna continue taking it! The taste takes a little bit to get used to, but taking it with juice helps!

This past month I experienced little to no cramping, found myself to be more relaxed, and it totally eliminated me having to take pain medication during that time of the month. I wish I found this particular supplement years ago! I will definitely purchase again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only been using Cycle Harmony for about 2 weeks. I gave 4 stars because I have no complaints, but I am early to know how all it might impact my health. I'm 38, and my main goal is balancing some hormonal changes that seem to be causing temperature disregulation, low motivation & energy, and disruptive cramps, to name a few. I did notice in the first week, that while I normally run hot these days, I had some bouts of feeling cold. That is new. I am also coupling this with the Cramp Release during my period. Ive used the Cramp Release acutely for several months already, and I know that it has mildly helped reduce my cramps. I think pairing with Cycle Harmony enhanced the cramp relief this month. I'm planning to take Cycle Harmony for several months to give my body time to respond more. Hoping for more improvements!

I’ve only been using it for a few weeks so I’m not sure anything has truly happened so far. However I think it is working from taking ovulation tests and seeing the results that I’m seeing. Hoping for another period soon so that I know it’s working wonders

My postpartum menstrual cycle is always all over the place. I used this for the first time after my 6th child, and it has made my cycles at least 50% more regular than they used to be (postpartum). Bought this and hadn’t used it yet ; had extreme PMS symptoms that I had never had before bloating and constipation as well as very achy I didn’t know what to do but remembered I had purchased this : Immediately relief from my PMS symptoms & I am leaving a review in the hopes it will be helpful to someone who needs this product; but I am glad I had it in my home ; such a relief to feel better

I have hidradenitis superativa that gets really awful with my cycle- this really really helps and I can always tell when I run out of miss a couple doses.

I love cycle harmony! I feel so good using it and it has helped regulate my cycles over the last few months. The only thing I don’t like is the 4 ounce jigger. It spills everywhere while trying to pour the tiny 3 ounce dose. I wish I had kept my 2 ounce container to just refill with this one. The design of the bigger bottle needs some work
