Q: I am so confused by these instructions. Does the plastic anchor screw go first and then the metal ones? Or you choose one or the other? The instructions are very poor.

Q: I received the shelf and it has plastic hole covers that come with the packaging. Can you please let me know how I remove those covers so I can istall the shelf.
It looks exactly like the picture, you get what you expect. Wood is a bit cheap as it started cracking in heat, very minor but the look is nice.

Delivery Sucked.
The item would’ve been good IF it hadn’t arrived 6 months late and then left on open doorstep with NO packaging so it got wet since I was gone last week through the weekend. Awful service on this item. Since it got wet I’ll see if it warps which is likely since it’s a wooden shelf. Not happy with this at all.

Worth the trouble?
It is impossible to remove the shelf from its packaging and you have to damage the shelf to do it. Directions are rubbish!!!!! I had a hard time figuring out what to do. My shelf looks nice now that it’s up, but it is definitely cheap feeling. As others said, the giant box it arrived in made for a great cat cave!

Not worth the Price
It looks nice and once anchored into the wall it seems sturdy, the little plastic screws they put in are horrible to get out and I scratched the whole shelf trying to do it, it’s in a closet so no big deal for me but if it was in a more prominent place I would have been really irritated. We will see how well it holds up with coats hanging on it and such

Cheaply made
Great looking but for being a Target item this just doesn’t make sense to me at all and I don’t think it’s worth it for the price. $20 dollars would be better … Actually, the hooks made this shelve look better. It’s super thin, with some imperfections but I’m just keeping it. It me in a gigantic box where my 13 yo fits!

TIP FOR THE SCREW ISSUE
Gonna tell you now, you are original gonna struggle taking the plastic screws out. I struggled with the first two that I attempted ,but I figured out how to take them out in seconds. Grab a jar opener and slide the pointy end under the makeshift screw and push towards yourself. If it gets harder cut of the end of the screw and it should just pop off. Yw.

Piece of junk- I expect better from Target
Came with plastic bolts stuck in the screw holds. Couldn't get those out, after much pulling, i was afraid i was going to break the wood, so I had to use a knife and saw them off. Then, after getting the unit ready and installing the anchors, the screws went straight through the wood and the shelf fell. Bad unit, bad packaging, shoddy craftsmanship.
