Beautiful, but needs a timer

The house itself I love but it came broken just like all the other pictures on here. Thankfully it's fixable but it wasn't even packed well. It was literally just tossed in a large box with a package of pancake mix that of course also was busted.

I love this house! The lights give off and orange glow and flicker. It looks so cute!! My favorite new decoration this year. Like others have mentioned the packaging was beat to heck and their was no paper, bubble wrap or other protection in the box. It's a miracle it was in one piece...

It’s a beautiful house but it arrived broken!

Bought in store - Love the look of the house, however, I got rid of the “Try Me” wire thinking once I added the batteries it would work without it as the “Try Me” button turned the lights on. However, when I put in brand new batteries the lights did not turn on…anyone else have this issue?

My rating isnt so much about the product. What I dont understand is how Target packaging damages their items! How is it ok to throw three of these in one box with NO protection?!?! Think they need to educate who packs their items, to prevent breakage and unwanted returns to store because of it. Funny, i ordered 4 $3 plastic laundry baskets and they sent each one in its own box with air bubbles! Yet, these they put these breakable items in a box loosely with NO protection! Come on Target.

Don't get these shipped. Target used no packing and all three arrived broken. Who would ever ship like this and expect them to not be in pieces, dented, pant chipped off? Horrible service.

I like these a lot, they are a great Halloween decor. I bought these last year and this year and they seem to be shipped and handled carelessly so make sure you check item. The lights flicker, which adds a nice Halloween touch. The major design flaws is a lack of a timer. They would be perfect with a timer!!

Packaging has been upgraded folks! Very impressed on the care they gave this fun item, 4th year buying these fun spooky houses.

I purchase these every year - the houses are great quality, and I love that they've gone back to the amber lights this year rather than silver. That said, the packing is awful - the houses arrived damaged, as there is no protective padding. I had to go exchange them in store for an undamaged product. Target does this every year with them, and it's incredibly frustrating. Love the product, hate the shipping.

Target just throws it in a box and wishes for the best, noting to protect it and the box is way too large for the items shipped. Poorly thought out Target…. Be smarter

I bought 6 of these houses in different sizes and am returning every one. They are so small and so poorly made—everything is crooked, and the backs are just flat, not finished. Do better, Target!’

I bought 2 and picked them up directly so they would not be damaged in shipping. The small one is my favorite. I love the size windows they added and flickering lights with amber hue.

Sloppy construction with noticeable glue at joints and tacky flickering lights behind a weird amber colored window. Such a shame. Plus they came badly damaged from poor packing for shipping. Had to return them!

The item itself is really nice. The shipment packing Is awful. Placed in giant box with a single piece of Kraft paper. Item was cracked along base from being jostled and tossed around.

I loved the Three houses, however all 3 were thrown in a big box nothing protecting the houses and thrown on my doorstep, box was barely taped, the houses were chipped in several places!!!!!! Target you need to update your processing on mailing out packages. Something is always broken. You are going to loose a lot of customers and it serves you right.
