I ordered it online, and it arrived intact because it was wrapped well. I thought it would be off white like the photo, but mine was more of a light grey. Not really a deal breaker. But the black glazing for the eyes and the raven weren't done well. Buy it in store.

Arrived Chipped! Disappointed.
This figure is adorable, but it is chipped on the bird’s tail. It was packaged well, and also in a box, so my strong suspicion is that the person who selected my figure just didn’t bother with checking its quality. I really wanted this figure. I’m returning it in person. I tried to just order another one, but it can only be shipped with me purchasing $35 worth of merchandise, and I’ve already done this for this chipped figure. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your time. Buy in person if these figures ever get to your local Target, or just do without.
