Description
The Worx NITRO Power Share Brushless Backpack Blower is powered by (4) 20V 4.0Ah Power Share batteries for 80 total volts of power and performance. This blower is ideal for larger yards and small to medium sized commercial applications. Featuring variable speed control, plus turbo, to provide more control in tight spaces or large areas. This blower doles out 800 CFM of air volume to move more leaves and debris than standard battery-operated blowers in an innovative compact design that is easy to maneuver. The brushless motor offers 50% more run time, 25% more power, and 10% longer life over tools with a brushed motor design. The dual air-intake pulls in additional air for greater volume output and the sonic turbine fan technology delivers forceful, high-capacity air volume for even greater performance. Another benefit of this blower is that it comes with Base Camp, a removeable power source that not only powers the blower, but charges all 4 batteries at once and can be use with other Worx 80V tools. And the included (4) 4.0Ah batteries can be shared with 75+ other outdoor power, lifestyle, and power tools in the Power Share family. This blower is part of the Worx NITRO line of tools, a line of high-performance tools that offer greater performance and runtime than standard battery-operated tools, for users and applications that demand more from their tools.

Want gas power with electric reliability?
Finally, an electric leaf blower that competes with the gas powered back pack blowers. With the 4 battery pack I can work for about an hour. I have more chargers and batteries so I can keep going nonstop though. This thing is powerful and pushes even wet heavy leaves. I can't wait to try it this winter, yes use your blower on the first few storms if it is the fluffy stuff!!

Backpack Blower is great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a neighborheed with countless 100-200 year old trees so leaf season is a chore. I've had the WG585 620 CFM/165 MPH handheld blower for several years now and have run into battery life issues even with 4 batteries for such a large job, it is great for a light and powerful handheld blower! My .33 acre yard is a large tough job though. This year I switched to the backpack blower with 4 5 ah batteries and this thing gets the job done! Battery life is much better and it is light with power that rivals most gas backpack blowers. If you have a larger yard or high volume of leafs, this is such a time saver!

Great battery
Love the different feature of hard surfaces and grassy/bushy surfaces. With my previous battery powered leaf blower my average work time to clear my yard was 60 mins to 90 mins (not including the down time of recharging the batteries). But now the same task can be completed in 30 - 45 mins with the bonus of having one power bar out of three remaining. On another note … my arms and shoulders are great full for the backpack style harness!

Best Blower Around
Well spring is here and I have a yard full of leaves to blow, I put the Nitro 80V to work. It had no trouble blowing those leaves that had been there since winter. This a very quite blower and very easy to use. The batteries last about 40 minutes, which was enough time to have blown most of my leaves. I would highly recommend this blower to everyone. Just put the batteries in and blow, no cranking and coking a blower just press the button. That easy.

Great blower - Must have if you own 80V lawnmower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is very powerful and I have never run out of battery while blowing clippings after a cut in my yard (100'x150'). The turbo function could blow a small dog away from you, but it will eat up your battery so use it sparingly. Very comfortable with a multibuckle harness and adequate padding. The single greatest benefit of this product though is having another PowerShare BaseCamp. They should sell those by themselves cause they would make a killing from those who are knee deep in PowerShare products like me. Not only can the BaseCamps be quickly swapped between the 80V blower and lawn mower, but when they're not being used in one of those tools they can charge four of your PowerShare batteries at once, regardless of size.

Unbelievable power and LONG lasting!
I have owned (and still do) the 20V Turbine leaf blower (WG547) for several years and always found it adequate, however I was intrigued by the additional power that was advertised with this 80V Nitro Backpack blower. I am SO GLAD I pulled the trigger on this backpack blower. The power is amazing and the batteries last FAR longer than my 20V ever did. Thank you Worx!

Good air force emitted
There is enough force on high speed that I very seldom have had to use the turbo option even with wet leaves. The battery pack is a little weighty but the straps help to offset the pull of the weight.

80 volt nitro blower
Compared to my 56 volt blower the 80 volt nitro lacks something. Yes it may last longer in the long run but it lacks the power and force the 56 volt delivers. I wish the 56 volt model will be upgraded to last one hour or more. Please make it happen.

Perfect for 76 year old man who thinks he is 25
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have watched my 76 yr old husband. Get the gas, fill the backpack, and spend it seemed forever pulling the cord to start, over and over. Then complain hands hurt, back hurts. Refused to admit that he just couldn’t do it. My son would start it no problem. Surprised him with the nitro, told him it was for me. I charged it up and here I am 75 years old and off I went. When he saw me having no trouble, he asked , to my surprise, if he could try, that was it. He LOVES IT. Thanks me everyday. No more gas, as he says to everyone, Not that he can’t do the gas, claims he is going green.So far I have done this routine with blower, and chainsaw. Thank you WORX.

So-So
I have a gas 850 CFM and I am trying to replace my equipment with cordless electric. I have a large yard and very long driveway. I bought the Nitro 80v backpack leaf blower because it seems to be the highest rated cordless on the market. Unfortunately this is a toy compared to my gas blower. I am so bummed.

Great Leaf blower and Easy to Use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this leaf blower to use to blow off leaves on my pool cover and patio, this blower works great and having the backpack is much nicer and lighter then a normal hand held blower. The back pack holds 4 batteries and easily charges. The blower part quickly snaps in and plugs in. It also has a thumb lever to increase the air flow. With the four batteries this blower lasts a lot longer than the one battery blower I used to use.
