I'm not sure you're supposed to play with these in water, but it sure made my daughter's pool party extra fun. As the sun went down, the kids had an absolute blast throwing it around and watching all the bright colors light up. It's just a really happy ball! And it doesn't hurt if it hits you. It's a little tricky to blow up, but I think it made the party!
