Operates quietly. I like that the resistance changes proportionally with the intensity of the workout, I'm 6'3'' and I can fully extend my legs without hitting the stops, Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

Great Rower easy setupand solid workout
Put this together by myself in under an hour, and smooth, and I really like the water resistance. I filled it to the max level and it gives the perfect pull for a tougher workout. so it doesn't take up much space in my personal gym. you can track your progress or even race other people, which keeps things interesting.
