Youtheory Turmeric, 120 Tablets

Having been on this product for six months, I feel the benefits in my right hip that has arthritis. Previously I had difficulty lifting my leg to get on my bicycle and there was pain. I now can lift my leg to get on the bike and there is no pain. The dose indicated 3 X’s a day. I take it twice daily and it remains affective.

I’m sure these are fine but the pills are so big and hard for me to swallow.

Love this product. I take after a strenght workout, which is 3xs a week. The joints in my arms tend to get achy after lifting weights and this seems to minimize the pain/inflammation I feel afterwards. Aside from this, turmeric is a staple in my supplement regimen and this is a great product as it contains some fat and pepper for better bioavailability.

Not enough time but read up on turmeric many reveiws great benefits, we shall see.

I use it every day for arthritis. I was taking turmeric before, but I always had pain. Your formula seems to get rid of the pain much better. My one issue is that I have PLS which affects all my muscles, even swallowing muscles. Sometimes the tablets get stuck in my throat. Capsules would be easier to swallow. I like how they work.

The product is good; however, receiving it a timely fashion is horrible.

While Turmeric has always been touted as an excellent supplement for arthritis, it has never worked for me. It may work for others and would highly recommend Youth Theory as a good product.

The black pepper makes it easier for the body to process. I am pleased with the results. Excellent product. Has the complimentary herbs to enhance absorption

I feel that it worked well and reduced inflammation in my joints and the added benefit of anti-oxidents is a bonus

I love that I'm taking something natural. They only complaint I have is that the tablets are big and you have to take 3. Taste isn't bad and they don't upset my stomach at all.

I found them so hard to swallow and did not enjoy the black pepper aftertaste. For those reasons, I stopped taking they and therefore did not determine any benefits of use.

I thought the supplement was a quality made supplement and worked as well as I expected it to work. The bottle is large and square, quite a bit larger than the product inside needed. I think they should think about reducing packaging, or increasing the amount of pills in the bottle. I like the shape of the pills. They are large and potent and easy to swallow. I take Turmeric to reduce inflammation in my body and felt that the Youtheory product worked quite well in that area. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a Turmeric supplement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t find this useful at all. There was no change to my joint pain.... At least there was no bad aftertaste or any taste at all.... I would not be purchasing this product in the future. maybe I didn’t take it long enough.

I've heard great things about tumeric and decided to try this. After taking it for a few weeks, I do feel that my back and joint pain has improved. The only thing I would improve on is maybe putting all one dose in 1 capsule. You have to take 3 capsules a day. Other than that, it's great.

This gets worse when the weather starts to get cooler or when it is damp outside. I was shocked at how fast i started noticing results. Not only did i notice my hands and wrists were less "achy" but it also did something to improve my mood. Also a major plus is these do not make my normally sensitive stomach upset at all!

When reading the instructions it states you take 3 tablets per day or you can take them all at once, well I chose to take them all at once and after a couple of days I noticed that I had red/ orange color stools which scared the living daylights out of me. I backed off of them for a couple of days and then I thought that I would start all over and just take divided doses and this seemed to work out. I didn't notice any more coloring of my stools so i continued the use of them. After continuing taking the tablets, I noticed that my aches and pains in my muscles had alleviated. In the past I had problems trying to focus and now it seems that my concentration has improved. I would recommend this product, it is a good resource for better health.

I felt like this was a very high quality vitamin. My only complaint would be that taking 3 pills daily is kind of a lot to intake. On the other hand, it said you could break them up into 3 separate pill times or take them all at once if you wish. Overall, I was happy with the quality of the Tumeric and it is a product I would purchase again in the future.

I never noticed any adverse effects or any weird side effects and they do help with pain pretty well. Overall they are decent. Not the best but far from not good too.
