Zesty Paws Flea & Tick Spray - 16oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this product to be really pleasant, both in application method and smell. That's my personal opinion, however I think that my dog has a very different opinion. He did not handle the smell very well at all. Aside from the fact that you essentially have to soak your animal down with the product in order for it to be effective according to the manufacturer, the dry time that will come along with it makes it inconvenient at best on a typical day. I'm not entirely sure in which setting this would be my preferred product for flea control. You would consistently have to spray your animal daily to really ward off the past. Ultimately, I much prefer a topical drop or another form of systemic flea control. My dog strongly disliked the smell and began running around the house trying to free himself by throwing himself down and sliding along the floor lol but I think the smell is very nice. It's even more pleasant once it dries so I do think that spraying an animals bedding would be a great use.

I like that it also helps with itchy skin because two of my dogs get itchy skin sometimes. The packaging is eye-catching and a nice color that stands out. The spray pump works great. The smell is strong, but pleasant. My dogs get nervous about the spray bottle, though. That would be my only complaint.

I use it as a preventative on their bedding and their favorite chair and an in-between on them. The smell is wonderful and not chemical at all, nice and natural.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a hard time figuring out how to write this review. I had just started using this spray when my dog got a positive Lyme test. We had been using seasonal preventative, however she got bit early in the year prior to meds. We will now keep all dogs on preventative year round!!! This spray does smell better than the last one I was using (which triggered my migraines) and may work better considering she was bit at all. Please use spray in addition to RX!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. I was able to use it before a walk in the woods with my dog and this was a area that was heavy in ticks. Getting home I checked my dog for ticks, and there were absolutely none. I have taken my dog down this trail before and he has had upwards of 4 ticks on him. This product works great.

This spray is easy to apply and doesn't have an awful scent like some other similar products. We didn't see any fleas or ticks on the dogs since started using. We will continue to use.

Not only is the convenience great but it actually really works well and I have not had any problems at all and usually around this time of year there's always issues with fleas and ticks..

The scent is pleasing and doesn't smell like some products with that chemical like scent. I would recommend this product to others.

This stuff worker wonderfully for our 3 dogs. 2 are non shedding with thick curly coats and works like a charm. Living in the northeast there are ticks everywhere and haven't found a single one while using it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell of this product! It has many different oils that are used to create the great fragrance it has. I will say, over 90% of the ingredients are "other" and that's a little disheartening, but I do love the smell. It states spraying an even damp layer over the fur the way it lies and not to apply more than once every 24 hours. I do wish it lasted a little longer than that. I will say I skipped my dog's flea/tick meds and he's been squeaky clean of any of those little pests. All in all I'm a fan of this product.

I do not do bugs.. and even with their flea and tick pill every month.. the pill will not repel them. I use this spray before we go in the back yard and I can have peace of mind. We have not seen any ticks on them while using this spray! We have tried other sprays most having a strong lingering scent, I love this one because it's a light smell and fades by the time we get home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only does this product come in a large size, it smells good, but most importantly it works!! Our dog had even lost hair surrounding his tail due too dry itchy skin, we tried multiple products including veterinarian prescribed and this is the only product that has worked thus far! You can spray the flea/tick spray directly on pet or on your hand and rub it on your pet. It must deter licking because my dog didn't seem interested in licking it off like she has other products. I actually took photos of the progress to show to others, this spray works and works fairly quickly. We notice a difference within week one.
