coated canvas tote

Sizes vary widely. Heights in the listings range from about 6.75" to 13.5", widths from about 7.75" to 18", and depths from about 4" to 21", so you can find both small day bags and much larger everyday totes.

Closure types vary by model. Many coated canvas totes use a zip closure for the main compartment, while at least one listing uses a magnetic snap.

Care is typically spot or wipe clean. Common directions include spot-cleaning with a mild detergent and a soft, damp cloth, rinsing the cloth thoroughly, and laying the tote flat to dry.

Most listings do not advertise a built-in laptop pocket; several explicitly state they don’t include one. If you need laptop protection, check the product details or look for a tote that specifically lists a padded laptop compartment.

Materials vary by listing. Many list the fabric as canvas or woven cotton (often noted as 100% cotton) with a polyurethane-coated trim; some entries list TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) or polyurethane as the shell/material. Check the specific product description for exact material details.

Interior layouts vary by model. Common configurations include zip pockets, wall zippered pockets, and multiple interior compartments for organization. Exact pocket setups differ across listings, so review the product details for each tote.

Most listings show double top handles and shoulder straps; some also include an adjustable or detachable strap for crossbody or longer-strap wear.

Both types are available. Some listings describe a structured construction, while others list a soft-sided design—choose based on the level of shape retention you prefer.
