lakanto

Product listings say Lakanto granulated sweeteners dissolve quickly, help keep baked goods moist, and perform like sugar for baking and cooking. Listings also note they work well in beverages and sauces.

Listings show the liquid drops in Original and Vanilla. The nut spreads include a peanut butter and a vanilla almond butter variety.

Some Lakanto blends are labeled as a 1:1 replacement for white sugar, while the golden cane blend is presented as a 2:1 replacement.

Listings show portable liquid drop bottles for on-the-go use and boxed single-serve packets/sachets for convenient single servings.

Some granulated sweeteners are listed as not containing any of the nine major allergens. Nut spreads list the specific nut they contain (for example, “Contains: Peanuts” or “Contains: Almonds”); one spread description also notes “no sugar added, no gluten.”

Descriptions frequently state “Zero Net Carbs” and “Zero Calories,” and use phrases like “zero glycemic” or “zero glycemic index,” positioning the sweeteners for keto- and low-carb diets.
