The monkfruit sweetener is a great product so 5-stars. The only confusion I have is the 2:1 of the packets vs. the 1:1 of the loose bulk. Are the packets more sweet than the regular?

I love these smaller packets for sweetening my decaf coffee on the go or if I need something to enhance a sweet snack like coconut yogurt at work. My family loves to use these all the time as well as we are all very busy and out and about!

Seriously, this 'might' work in baking but in any liquid (coffee, tea, etc) is the same gross, neverending aftertaste you get from stevia, sweet n low, you name it. Yuk.

We bought this mostly for my MIL, since she is a big tea drinker, and we were concerned about her sugar intake (2 teaspoons of sugar over four or five cups of tea a day adds up!), especially after she had pancreatic surgery and more or less became diabetic. She didn’t really like any of the other sweeteners out there because of their aftertastes, but she took to the monk fruit because there wasn’t an aftertaste. And I like it,too, because I’m just naturally mindful of my sugar intake, and this provides just the right amount of sweetness to coffee or tea.
