Mira kits measure three fertility hormones: luteinizing hormone (LH), E3G (an estrogen metabolite), and PdG (a progesterone metabolite) to help track ovulation and the fertile window.

Results appear in about 20 minutes after testing (listings commonly note ~20–21 minutes for results and app sync).

Mira test wands require a urine sample — the instructions state to dip the wand into urine for about 10–20 seconds before inserting it into the monitor.

Results are shown on the analyzer’s digital display and automatically sync to the free Mira App. The app is compatible with iOS and Android devices.

Mira predicts a 6-day fertile window using E3G (estrogen metabolite) readings, identifies ovulation day by detecting the LH surge, and confirms ovulation afterward by measuring PdG (a progesterone metabolite).
