Many listings advertise glow sticks as waterproof and fully sealed, designed for outdoor use in rain, snow, pools, and cold weather.
Some glow cosmetics include skin-care ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and squalane; others list humectants or oils like glycerin, shea butter, or macadamia nut oil.
Finishes described include dewy, illuminating, and high-shine. Coverage is reported as light and buildable, with some products able to build from light up toward medium coverage.
