Make sure your phone is centered on the middle of the charging pad.
You can leave the case on
As long at it’s less than 3mm thick, you’ll be able to charge your battery.
Remove potential interferences
PopSockets, credit cards, metal in the case & other external items can interfere with the wireless connection & prevent charging.
