I love the fast acting effect it has in fulfilling my thirst and dehydration. This drink contains electrolytes, vitamin C, zinc, and elderberry to help support the immune system. All and all very satisfied with this drink! It has stevia so no worry for diabetics. I will definitely purchase a bigger pack. The elderberry flavor has grown on me.
