Jen As good as the name brand - These sinus rinse packets work just as well as the NeilMed name brand but for a fraction of the cost. I use the squeeze bottle for sinus rinse but I’m sure these also work great in a Neti pot. The packets open easily and the granules pour freely into my sinus rinse bottle.
