Marina Ruder One of the best air purifiers I've ever owned! - The packaging/assembly: The Bissell Air320 air purifier is a must have for anyone suffering from allergies or just wants cleaner air within your home. I absolutely love how simple it was to assemble directly from the box. The only thing I had to remove were plastic from 2 filters and put them back in, plug it in and voila. It was very well packaged for safe transporting directly from the manufacturer. All the filters are front accessible so replacement will be a breeze without having to move the entire unit from the wall. It also includes a carry handle for easy transport from room to room if needed and lightweight enough to do so ~19lbs. The operation: After I installed all the filters, it was time to plug it in. I did so and it immediately displayed a number on the front LED panel indicating the real time air quality reading. The soft touch dial up top allows for easy adjustment of fan speeds or leave it in auto mode and it will switch the fan speeds for you. There is also a whisper quite mode for night time which is perfect for my kid’s room and as less light enters a room, the digital display light will turn off. The fan speeds are noticeable as you turn the dial up but expected from a powerful machine that is able to clean air in a 1000sq. ft room once every hour. The washable fabric filter is part of the 3 stage filtration which is easy to clean and maintain. There is an additional pleated High efficiency filter to clean up the dust/pollen/dander, and a carbon filter for all the unwanted smells/smoke/odors. Overall the filters due their job well and capture much unwanted dust/allergens. All of this is backed by a 5 year Bissell warranty so no worries there from a trusted brand. I love how it’s energy efficient and energy star rated so I leave it on 24/7 without worrying about high electric bills knowing that my family breaths clean air within our home. My allergies kick in much less now and I have been a lot more comfortable. It works flawlessly so far and it’s definitely a lot quieter than most purifiers we had in the past which is a huge plus especially while watching TV. The looks: The design itself is very sleek modern look and feels/looks like a full premium unit. Elegant with a wood trim, smooth edges, and clean look. The discreet cord wrap on the back is a plus as it accents the room without the messy jumbled mess of visible cords. The fabric front filter compliments the designs of my home and matches well with my gray furniture. It is not a bulky item but still large and tends to fit in any room in my house. It comes in white color and well-designed trim. Overall an excellent product from all aspects - functionality, convenience, design, and health benefits.
