@modernharvests ⠀ Zippy Fall Apple Chicken Salad ✨ The hack to making chicken salad is using a base recipe that you can add extra spices to with each serving, that way you aren’t stuck eating the same old thing for days. What a snooze. Basic Chicken Salad: •Rotisserie chicken, shredded or diced •3 celery stalks, chopped •1 green bell pepper, diced •1/2 of a small sweet onion •2 tbs dill, chopped •Paprika •Salt & pepper •Juice of 1/2 lemon •Equal parts Greek yogurt & primalkitchenfoods avocado mayo -Mix chicken, celery, bell pepper, & onion in a large bowl -In a separate bowl, mix the mayo, yogurt, lemon & spices together; add to large bowl with chicken & mix well -Refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving so flavors can fuse 🍎 Making it fall To convert to the delicious fall chicken salad masterpiece, add: 1. Handful of diced honey crisp apple 2. Pepitas 3.
