Experienced Mouse Hunter Bait, Set, Kill, Repeat! Over and Over again - Bait, Set, Kill, Repeat! Over and over! For folks that say these don’t work, you aren’t setting them up correctly. Side by side with the open side up against a wall. The mice may get past one, but the second will catch it. You must set at least two together for optimum performance, and create a “path” so they walk through the snap mouth. I have used the same set of two in a storage room notorious for mouse infiltration for over a year—with the same Peanut butter still in place! I just dispose of the mouse and replace the trap.
