@skin.cyclopedia With winter fast approaching, those of us with dry/sensitive skin can begin getting weary of the cold and harsh weather that wreaks havoc on us. Because of my super delicate body skin, I like to layer hydration to really lock it in. But this can not only get costly but sometimes feel slimy. Enter, meetflamingo body products!
🌿Light Hydrating Spray which I’m in love with. It’s a mix between something like evian and a lotion, that sprays on with ease. I rub it in like a spray sunscreen and my skin already feels hydrated and ready for the day. I could stop here as the hydration lasts until the next day (even sleeping through it!). It does have fragrance, but it doesn’t irritate my dermatitis and eczema prone skin. A little goes a long way, but i’m interested in seeing how long this will last using almost every day. But, at ten dollars it’s definitely worth it!
🌿Deep Nourishing Cream which is a thick pudding texture. I like to layer it on top of the damp mist on top of areas that are super dry, like my legs, elbows/knees, and upper arms. It keeps them soft and hydrated throughout the day with squalane and shea, but doesn’t leave me sticky or slimy, just soft and smooth. You get quite a lot in the tub, and I use a quarter size for each leg. With clean skin brightening and hydrating ingredients, this is a 10$ steal!
🌿Daily Moisturizing Lotion, perfect for using alone or w/ the mist for warmer days where you still want hydration. It has the same scent as the mist, earthy and floral with hints of base notes, and lightly hydrates with squalane to last hours while not being overwhelming in warmer climates and melting off. I love the lack of stickiness. Bonus, with this product you don’t need a perfume as it smells lovely on. Only 8$, it’s really worth it to try.
I love that these products are all gently brightening with papaya extract (one of my fav brightening ingredients!) but balance it nicely with oils. They’re all available in a 25$ bundle as well, and at target! Perfect for Christmas, and all skin types.
