There are alot of things we can't control right now but one of them is our health, one small choice at a time. What are some small changes you've made to improve your health? . I started working with a nutrition counselor (jumease) and along with healthy eating, intermittent fasting, we've added Kombucha to my diet! . Kombucha is really good for digestion, rids body of toxins, and can boost your energy which I need a double dose of this week okurrrr π . Cheers to gut health and the things we CAN control.
