See how I made them over on my stories. _ Spaghetti squash tater tots: 1 cup steamed spaghetti squash 1 cup rumianocheese Monterey Jack cheese 1.5 cups almond meal (sub bread crumbs) 1 tbsp primalpalate amore seasoning 2 large pasture raised vitalfarms eggs Instructions 1. Steam your spaghetti squash (I steamed mine in my instant pot on steam function for 25 minutes with 1 cup water) 2. Squeeze all liquid out of spaghetti squash by using a cheese cloth or nut milk bag 3. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix 4. Form into tots 5. Add to a lined baking dish 6.
