Terrible outdated security questions
Never received it!! Had to get verified that I’m the owner through numerous OLD security questions even after I went to the store WITH my ID. Horrible, even after I’ve even been paying my phone AND WiFi bill

Unimpressed
I waited over 5 years to upgrade my iPhone from my iPhone 11 and the improvements I see are minimal. I am not impressed with the battery life of this new phone. Yes, it is faster than my old iPhone but I was expecting much more in terms of advancements from a world class technology company over the course of 5+ years.

Could be better
I will just be honest, it is hardly any better than my iphone 12 that still works. The differences is hardly worth mentioning or upgrading from 12 to 16. I do not care for the new mute button as it tends to get bumped and mutes without you knowing. Need to go back to the old flip switch that was hard to put your finger on when in a case

The phone is good but could be better if the buttons weren’t huge to the point of unknowingly hitting them if you have large fingers.
