this is the second ceramic thing I've bought from Target that arrived smashed to pieces

I ordered ordered two and they are beautiful. The pots arrived in perfect condition, and well package. I was worried when reading some of the reviews.

I never received it. I was charged, but it wasn't received, nor did target contact me about the delay or what their plan is. The package was damaged, but it's been 3 weeks so far with no contact. I'd love to hear from target about this.

Received well packed. No breakage! Pot is exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered this to be shipped to my home. See attached photos of how it arrived. This incredibly fragile piece was quite literally thrown into a large box with no bubble wrap or any sort of protection. I would love to know why Target feels this type of packaging is acceptable, especially for an obviously breakable item like this.

It arrived shattered in a hundred pieces.

Gorgeous pot! I have large terracotta plants from Italy and this pairs so well with them. The first one arrived broken but the second one came is its original box in perfect condition.

Sadly, as others mention, my pot came in pieces. Very disappointed it and now I have to make a trip to returned the broken pot. The pot is very cute on line but the packing isn’t good at all.

My beautiful pot didn't stand a chance. Oversized shipping box, and zero bubble wrap. I thought I wld be the exception and so I ordered anyways. So sad 😞

As others have stated, the pot came broken. I had two shipped together, with paper wrapping, not bubble wrap. One was intact, one was in a million pieces. Grateful to have one but really wanted two to compliment each other. Otherwise, great value and quality if it's in one piece.

I ordered 2 pots. They came from different locations; 1 arrived intact, the other broken like so many others have reported. They were wrapped in different materials. The one that didn't break was wrapped in a material I'm just beginning to see, a perforated stretchy brown wrapping type paper. The broken pot was wrapped only in the typical brown wrapping paper. Because I'd read the many reviews of all the broken pots, I made a point to be home for the delivery, making sure package wasn't tossed or dropped, since the word "fragile" was nowhere on the shipping box. The driver handed me the boxes, so the pot pot was broken further up the delivery ladder. Target take note if your interested in not having this problem again. I recommend the pot ONLY if you can find it a store. It's a lovely lot, if you can get one intact.

The items are great, otherwise I wouldn't have bought them. However...Target took no care in packing these super breakable items for shipment. Like, zero. And shipped them together. Think twice before ordering fragile stuff from Target, otherwise thoughts and prayers.

Lovely planter pot, nice weight and perfect size!

I just wanted to share that this pot was delivered in 1 piece! After reading so many reviews about how the pot was poorly packaged, I was really worried about ordering it. I’m glad I took a chance because my pot arrived heavily wrapped in corrugated paper with bubble wrap inside the box. Just an FYI that perhaps Target distribution has received so much feedback on the damages that they are packing the pots much better now! Thanks Target!

I purchased this item online twice, opting for store pick up, but was disappointed to find that the larger size advertised online was not available. Instead, I kept receiving the smaller size. Upon further investigation, the sales associate checked the PCN number and discovered that the smaller size was incorrectly listed as the larger size being advertised. To avoid future inconvenience , Target needs to rectify this discrepancy. You can get ripped off if you don't pay attention to the size. Measure it while you're at the store to ensure you receive what you paid for. The item itself is excellent. Great price.

I bought one of these pots on sale and liked it enough to want a second to make a matching pair, but they were all gone when I went back. Ordered it to be shipped. I’ve not had good luck with the initial shipments of breakable items from Target, they’ve been really good on the replacements. So, I took the chance. Well, lo and behold…it was well wrapped and delivered not only intact but within 2 days! Well done, Target! At $18 for actual nice sized medium weight terracotta pots…I’m happy with this purchase.

This pot is beautiful. I guess I was lucky but mine came well wrapped. I absolutely love it in my backyard with a rosemary plant.
