It's slow and the brakes suck and the range is horrible but the frame is nice and it's comfortable so upgrading it will make it better.

I have been diligently shopping and comparing mini bikes. Thought this one was the best. Not so sure now. I’ve had it for 3 days now and it still has no charge. Very disappointed. Will be returning it today.

This bike is very well-made. Seems like American made quality. 70s old-school paint and graphics is very roomy. To ride I love it.

Ok this scooter is worth every penny. The ride is smooth on these chunky tires (vs the smaller pocket mod which rattles a lot) and has great pickup and and go! The drive is way quiet which is nice (also compared to the zipping sound of the pocket mod) as well as the head and brake lights, which don’t seem to be featured on any of the other models currently. If you plan to take this around town the safety factor of the brake light is a must. I ride with my daughter on her pocket mod and she has to vocally alert when braking so we don’t crash. I also ride a pocket mod sometimes and it’s just kinda cheap feeling compared to this puppy. My tall daughter can handle this one as well it’s just a little bit bigger and more powerful. Overall this scooter has blown us away. My husband and I share it to do little commutes in the small town we live in and ALWAYS get a load of attention, which to me doesn’t matter besides the safety factor that people notice your cool ride and therefore are less likely to hit you! If you have the money just get one. We will probably get more because it’s just that useful. Environmentally friendly, super simple to operate and safe. Makes life more fun. I let all my friends who come over take them out and they always come back smiling and proclaiming they need one!

I am extremely happy with the Rambler 16. The only drawback is with the power. It lags even on a slight incline. It is still a solid purchase for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bike has been a big hit in the neighborhood. Set up required just the installation of handle bars which is relatively straightforward. First charge was about 24 hours. Recommend weight is max 220 pounds. Manufacturer recommends over 18 for use but given the size of the bike mainly usable by older kids. It has brake light, head lights and kick stand. Manufacturer recommends charge after use but it has lasted all day for us. Everyone loves the product and I strongly recommends the product.

I bought this bike when it first came out and I am super happy with my purchase. I think this bike would be perfect for an Ebike newbie. However, it is a little underpowered when it comes to torque and uphill. I would appreciate it if it had some sort of mudguards or something. Please note: you will get soaked if ridden on wet roads. Also needs disc brakes on the front and rear. Overall a great bike but could be better. Also, my battery status doesn't work.

What a great bike. Yes it’s lead acid battery based, but the hub motor is great. The frame is a great height wheels and tires are perfect for road use. The power indicator on the handle is not accurate. We used it for a bike for a boy with autism. We designed a servo powered remote brake system and throttle disconnect and throttle limiter to allow him to ride and be safe. Great platform. Easy to find parts.
A lot of fun with a few flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly was super easy and quick. Very sturdy and easy to ride. In the right conditions, this is a lot of fun to ride. It's pretty quick at 15 mph and accelerates and brakes fairly quick. The head light does a good job to illuminate in front of you as well. The info page says that it can go for 45 minutes on continuous use but I swear I've gone a lot longer than that before needing to charge. There are only 2 cons that I can think of. 1) No suspension. It gets pretty rough on any kind of unpaved road. It did alright on some sand trails at low speed but if there are any rocks, you will feel it hard. 2) No wheel guards. I went over some small puddles and got some water on my face and back. I then slowed down quite a bit for the next puddles to avoid that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this product in the mail. My kids absolutely love this! It was not at all hard to setup. I did charge it for a bit just to see how it was and then placed it on the charger for a while longer to have the kids enjoy it. My boys are 11 so I would say just have a parent out there to make sure that the kids are okay. It’s a big product for them.
Zippy and alot of fun for all ages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my teenage daughters to ride. Assembly was straightforward and simple to complete by one person. It's easy to charge and holds a charge for a full day of play. The seat is comfortable and has plenty of room for all sizes. The weight limit is very generous at 220 lbs and doesn't lag when close to it! The feet rest, breaks, and throttle are nicely placed. It has a bright taillight and headlight. The taillight blinks when you press the break. The break lever is adjustable just like on a bicycle and works great. I was worried when I seen it was recommended for 18+ years old so I tested it myself. It has an extremely smooth and quiet ride. It has a gradual acceleration to fast so it doesn't just take off unsafely - or you can choose go any speed from super slow to 15 mph. It's zippy and super fun! I really didn't want to give it to my daughters because I was having so much fun on it myself! Everyone had a blast on it from my 13 year old to my parents in their 60's. My daughter has been riding it at night and it's reassuring to know the taillights and headlight bring awareness to her presence. I can visually see her from a block away. We have owned several Razor brand products and they never disappoint us. This was supposed to be a new addition to share because we already have a Razor go cart but it seems like we may need to buy an additional Rambler bike because both girls want this one now. We are very happy with the quality and the memories it provides our family. Worth every penny!

This bike is definitely the coolest looking E-Bike you'll get in the price range, it rides very well, is perfectly comfortable, and can be assembled blindfolded. There are few, but fairly important drawbacks to the bike. For one thing, no suspension what so ever. If you are on perfectly flat and new pavement, it won't matter. However as soon as you ride on low quality pavement, dirt, over rocks, sticks, whatever- you'll feel it and come out of your seat in some circumstances. Next, the bike is pretty low power. If it had pedals, this wouldn't matter, but as its throttle only, the 350w motor and 36v of juice just don't provide enough speed for hills or desirable range. Finally, the brakes. The singular rear drum brake is okay, sort of. It brakes, but has a very long braking distance, and really only engages with a quick and hard squeeze. This bike would be literally perfect if its front forks had springs, had a lithium ion battery, and a 500w motor with disc brakes.
So much fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cool-looking ride showed up this weekend and has been a huge hit at our house already. Assembly is a snap - attaching the handlebars and seat using the included tools and hardware - that took less than 15 minutes. Once fully charged, everyone wanted a turn tooling around the block! The tires are fat, which has been great for a smooth ride and easy turns. The headlight and brake light are both plenty bright. The seat is comfy. And the look of it, with those retro stripes, is super fun. But the best part is the ride! I’ve gotten lots of appreciative looks and yells from folks as I cruise by. Not insanely fast, so it feels safe as it pushes up to top speed. Brakes work well. I love it. Super cool way to get around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since this got delivered it’s been non stop riding!! The coolest scooter out there!!! Everyone in my household loves it!!! Can’t get my son and husband off of it!!! It goes the right speed not too fast not too slow, it can make pretty decent turns, although going up hill it can be a little slow but other then that so much fun!!!! Bike has a great design the seat that you sit on is very comfortable. Although trying to break its a little slow so just be mindful of that. The headlight and break lights are great features to this scooter, they are so bright at night. Quick set up only had to put seat and handle bars on!! I would recommend anyone to buy this bike so much fun!!!
Cool ride!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Rambler is the coolest minibike! Both my husband and I have been having so much fun taking turns riding it. The retro design makes this bike stand out and makes it a conversation piece as well. This mini bike has some great features including the LED headlight and taillights that are activated by the breaks. It has rugged wide tires and a rechargeable 36-volt battery. What memories the banana style seat brings back! The frame is well built and sturdy. It actually is a smooth and comfortable ride. I have been having a blast on this Rambler mini bike!
