when i saw this outfit in the store i knew I had to get it! I love the colors and the towel material of the shorts is so cute! It's true to size and is still in great condition after my son has worn it numberous times. and you cant beat the price!

I was so excited for this little set. After trying it on my baby, I'm just not in love with the outfit. I don't hate it, but I don't love it, either. I would not purchase it again. The material of the shorts is great. They still fit my little guy pretty loose, as he is just moving into 12 month size. I don't really like how "low cut" the shorts are. And the shirt is short. So I feel like my baby's belly and top of their diaper show constantly in this outfit. I'd like this a lot more if the shorts were a bit more high waisted and/or the shirt was longer. My baby has not even hit the height recommendation for the 12 month size and his belly and diaper already show when he moves around. If your baby is taller, you will certainly have belly or top diaper showing. For reference my baby is 27.25 inches tall and a 12 month says it should fit 28 to 30.5 inches tall.

I actually bought this set solely for the shorts because they are amazing - both cute & not super long like most boy shorts out there. I wasn’t a huge fan of the shirt (not a huge fan of the wording or art work on this one), but I could not pass up the shorts. I bought the fish shirt + pants by cloud island to maybe pair with these shorts.. or maybe just a white t-shirt or muscle tank? Regardless, the shorts are it people! The stripes are soft in colors, it’s a towel material which is trending, as mentioned they are in between shorts and a diaper cover/underwear - in the best way. I will say the shirt IS soft & cute just not for me.
