My seven month old daughter is 18 pounds and is wearing the size 6-9 month and it fits her true to size. It is my favorite summer color too, especially on kids! I purchased the eighteen month size and it fits her perfectly. I love that it comes with two different tops and one bottom. One of the tops is a striped tank top. The other is a floral printed spaghetti strapped body suit. The set is versatile and cute for summer. The material is soft and it feels like it should last. The material feels very soft and I think they are good quality. My 10 month old is wearing 6-9 months (which is what she wears in most brands right now) and the onesie part is even a little long for her 75th percentile length. The colors are perfect for summer and having two different options for tops is nice for the value. The fabric is soft and not at all thin, so hopefully that holds up with multiple washes.
