The only issue I have is I wear black for work (law enforcement) and it does fall quite a bit. Sparkles everywhere lol. I have to add maybe two to three layers to have the shimmer effect I want but it’s okay. Super cute and super sleek.

It’s almost wet, but the particle size of the pigment still catches light individually. Really a dream to work with, it lays evenly without much manipulation or even eye primer and there’s no fallout. The shade “Diamond Dog” is a perfect party girl shade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super pigmented and easy to use! This blends really easy and is the perfect way to get some cute shimmer going on. the eyes. I’m not reallly great at eyeshadow but this one definitely makes doing cute looks easier.

The fine glitter looks great, but the color payoff isn’t as good as the previous version. That one had way better pigmentation and went on more smoothly. The shades are also totally different this time. I really wish Urban Decay would bring back the old formula and colors.

It looks like it’s going to be heavy and bold, but it’s not unless you layer it. If you’re looking for something to add a little fun to your shadow collection, I’d recommend.
