The two most important qualities to look for in a Roaster are durability and style and this one has lots of both. With a sizable surface area and sturdy riveted handles, it can hold a 20-lb. turkey or duck both in the oven and on the tabletop for many special occasions to come. Its raised sides ensure everything bakes evenly until golden brown all around. Made from durable stainless steel, it distributes heat evenly and is tough enough to bake or broil with up to 600F for years and years. Fantastic was a great buy just takes a little time getting used to cooking with stainless. We have the roasters and they are also fantastic and clean up is a breeze.

Something large enough to cook roasts or dips in as well as something that could be used on my electric stove. I could not be happier with this product. It is extremely durable and easy to wash. The stainless steel allows food to not stick when cooking and it looks extremely sleek. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family!

It is dishwasher safe which is a huge plus. It is even broiler safe! This allows you to get that nice crisp touch to baking dishes. The oval shape will accommodate protein dishes which don’t always fit in your 9 by 13 dishes. Nice added bonus with two matching pot holders.
