Description
Oil pulling is an ancient practice of swishing oil in your mouth to remove toxins. It improves oral health by reducing harmful bacteria, freshening breath, and promoting healthier gums and teeth. To Use: Shake well. Pour 1-2 tsp (5-10ml) into a small cup. DO NOT SWALLOW. Gently swish the oil around your mouth for 2 minutes and gradually increase to 10, 15 and then 20 minutes over time. Make sure to pull the oil between your teeth and around your gums. Spit out and rinse mouth with water, then brush your teeth to remove any residual oil. Use this product once a day for best results.

It’s too soon to tell if this actually does make my teeth any whiter, but I do like the additional clean feeling I get from using it. My teeth are sensitive and this hasn’t bothered them while using. It just seems like an eternity while using since not used to it

I’ve been using the Sparoom Pulling Oil in Fresh Mint and really like it. The mint flavor is light and refreshing, and it leaves my mouth feeling clean. It’s easy to use and makes oil pulling feel more pleasant. I like that it has simple, natural ingredients too.

I received this item for free from the Hey,Bullseye program in exchange for my honest review. This is something that I was very excited to try. It has a thicker consistency which is harder for me to swish around my mouth. The instructions say in order for this product to work, you need to swish it around your mouth for 15-20 minutes. I was only able to do it for around 10 minutes because it felt like I almost kept swallowing it. Afterwards you need to spit it out and it left a funny after taste. Since this is my first time trying a product like this I have nothing to compare it to. In the end, it is hard to keep it in for that long.

I've been using Sparoom Pulling Oil Fresh Mint for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The fresh mint flavor makes oil pulling a much more pleasant experience. It leaves my mouth feeling incredibly clean and refreshed. It also came with a high-quality stainless steel tongue cleaner. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, and a perfect addition to my oral care routine. This is pulling oil to help clean and whiten your teeth. Directions should be red very carefully considering you do have to swoosh in mouth for 20 to 30 minutes. After doing that task we'll have to rinse your mouth out before brushing your teeth. It does have a very light mint flavor that is not overpowering at all. After you rinsing your mouth with playing water it does not leave a greasy residue in your mouth. The main ingredient is coconut oil. It also includes a tongue scraper to use after you brush your teeth. All in all it's a very great product at a very reasonable price.

I've always wanted to try pulling oil so I was excited to see how well this Sparoom pulling oil worked. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved using this. It has a mint flavor that refreshes my breath. I like that this is a natural product, using just coconut oil and a blend of a couple essential oils. You use it once a day for at least a week or two to see results. I use it in the morning before brushing my teeth for 15 minutes. It comes with a measuring cup so that you can measure out the correct amount to use. You definitely have to get used to using it the first time as it's a little thick and strange to swish around for 15 minutes. But after using it for 2 weeks, I definitely noticed my teeth were whiter and I just felt like my mouth hygiene was much better. I love that this also comes with a tongue scraper as well.

It took a few times of using to get used to the taste. It isn’t bad… just different and is thick. It works amazingly for freshening breath! Still waiting on results for any whitening effects. Good value overall!

This oral wellness product made with essential oils was so beneficial to use daily. I used as directed swishing it around in my mouth for 15-20 minutes, careful not to swallow. I found the oil along with using the tongue scraper, left my mouth with fresh breath, it was minty and pleasant tasting.

Hello fresh breath! This sparoom pulling oil is the perfect addition to your oral hygiene routine. I was very happy to see an ingredients list that I could pronounce everything on it. Coconut oil and a mix of essential oils. No preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. Fluoride and alcohol free. Simply pour 5-10ml into the included cup and swish around for 15-20 minutes once per day for 7-14 days for maximum results. Spit and rinse. Do this before brushing your teeth so that when you brush it removes any residual oil. I’ve found that doing this in the evening while watching a good show helps the time go by, but probably not a comedy for obvious reasons. I was quite impressed that when doing this in the evening, my morning breath was almost nonexistent! I have used it consistently for a week now and it has made a noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth along with the fresh breath. It is also advertised to help with gum health as well as helping to detox the body. The included tongue scraper is an added bonus to help your mouth feel fully clean and refreshed. I am extremely happy with this product and highly recommend it!
