The item came unworkable. There are 2 legs misses pre-draw holes which I cannot put bolts in and cannot make all together. Understand it, however customer service refused my return request, it has to contact special department. The associate told me that all the items I ordered like this. Even through I drove to store, the return will not be accepted. Will return all the unopened furniture I bought. If you care about possible return, please don’t buy
