The S pen is useless for me. Now it's a plain stylus. There are settings for the button but it no longer works. I'd take the phone back if I could. Last Samsung for me. I used the S pen all the time. It's the reason I bought this one. Never dreamed they'd make it worse.

The screen scratches easily. I wrote to support and they didn't give me a solution. This doesn't normally happen to me with Samsung equipment. I think this is the first time in the last 10 years. I'm disappointed.

I went from a Flip6 to the S25 Ultra and love everything about the latter. The size takes some getting used to but the camera & storage are key assets for me.

Have Transcribe features when you're in a meeting or a group conversation or when no closed caption provided. Very clear video can video call to communicate in sign language. Use S pen in handy to write a quick note. This is my best overall smartphone so far. Very happy with the product.

The battery life on the phone is Good (it lasts throughout the day with no problems, and I'm a heavy cellphone user).
