Description

Ubiquinol - the Active Form of CoQ10: Studies show that when we are young, our bodies synthesize CoQ10 well, converting it readily to Ubiquinol. But as we get older, the body's ability to convert CoQ10 to Ubiquinol diminishes. This means that as we age, CoQ10 supplements may become less effective. Qunol® Mega is different from other CoQ10 supplements.     Smells and tastes like dish soap.

    I’ve been taking Qnol Q10 for years, but will switch brands if the perfumed desiccant is not removed from the bottles. It smells like strong dish soap, and the capsules taste like dish soap. Not good; please re-think your decision & change to unscented desiccant like the other 99.999% of supplements use…I don’t want to take capsules that taste like soap.

    Dessicant Pack Smell

    New scented pack is offensive and is not obviously disclosed. It seems to impart too much scent into and onto the capsules. Normally a very good supplement and now a smell and taste I'm going to avoid.

    Different Odor/Taste

    I just received my bottle of Ubiquinol. Packaging seems fine and it is too early to say it works great. It does have a very strange odor and taste. The taste kind of sticks with you for a while.

    Palm Oil, Really?

    I've been using this product for years and did not realize until this week that the fat in the capsule is palm oil. I would never have knowingly consumed palm oil due to it being a highly-saturated fat, let alone that palm oil use is causing the rain forests to be destroyed. I threw out the rest and bought a different brand.

    High Quality with Low Cost

    This hydrosoluble ubiquinol was highly recommended to me by my neurologist. It is absorbed well, easy to swallow, and well priced. Using auto-ship makes this product even more reasonable.

    Have been taking for many years

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and I have been taking Qunol mega ubiquinol CoQ10 100 mg for years. I’m 76 years old and fortunately in excellent heath with no medical issues. I take many supplements, more as preventative measures rather than expecting to notice any changes in my health, because as a said I already feel well. When choosing a supplement I do a lot of research rather than reading the hyped up claims printed on the bottles. I often refer to ConsumerLab.com as a very reliable source of information when reading about the pros and cons of different supplements. I’m taking mega ubiquinol to provide long term health benefits as I age and to maintain a higher quality of life. There's no way to measure if my strategy is working, however I believe that taking preventative measures is more effective than doing nothing until a heath issue arises.

    Great product, very good price
