Ubiquinol - the Active Form of CoQ10: Studies show that when we are young, our bodies synthesize CoQ10 well, converting it readily to Ubiquinol. Palm Oil, Really?
I've been using this product for years and did not realize until this week that the fat in the capsule is palm oil. I would never have knowingly consumed palm oil due to it being a highly-saturated fat, let alone that palm oil use is causing the rain forests to be destroyed. I threw out the rest and bought a different brand.

This hydrosoluble ubiquinol was highly recommended to me by my neurologist. It is absorbed well, easy to swallow, and well priced. Using auto-ship makes this product even more reasonable.

Have been taking for many years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and I have been taking Qunol mega ubiquinol CoQ10 100 mg for years. I’m 76 years old and fortunately in excellent heath with no medical issues. I take many supplements, more as preventative measures rather than expecting to notice any changes in my health, because as a said I already feel well. When choosing a supplement I do a lot of research rather than reading the hyped up claims printed on the bottles. I often refer to ConsumerLab.com as a very reliable source of information when reading about the pros and cons of different supplements. I’m taking mega ubiquinol to provide long term health benefits as I age and to maintain a higher quality of life. There's no way to measure if my strategy is working, however I believe that taking preventative measures is more effective than doing nothing until a heath issue arises.

I have chosen the Ubiquinol version because I am on blood thinners and feel completely safe. Great product.
