Helps my msucle stiffness
It seems to make me less stiff on rising from sitting, and going down stairs. I have been taking 500mg/day, but 250mg/day may be enough.

Had great expectations that this product would help with memory but unfortunately that was not the case. I felt it would have been beneficial since its stated in the literature that it crosses the blood-brain barrier. Will keep studying and searching.

Out of all the supplements I take this is my favorite. I have tried every brain function supplement I could find over the years. I have never noticed any significant improvement until I tried this one. Since then I have recommended it to several friends and everyone who has tried it has noticed a positive effect also.

I really love this product and buy one bottle a month. However, the price has been going up every other time I order. I preferred this bottle because the price was good and the product was still very effective. I cannot afford this price increase though. I will cut back on my use and only order one monthly until the price increase stops.

It Clears the Mind
Prior to trying this product, I would take 2 capsules of Gotu Kola for mind clarification on those brain foggy days, usually due to not enough sleep. I take one capsule of this stuff, and the effect is exactly the same as Gotu Kola. No side effects, and you gain subtle yet quite effective clarity of mind and focus. I don't take this everyday so I cannot comment on any long term use. But for short term, it is good to use and yields effective results.

Very impressed
Wow!. This is only the first day of taking this product. but so far I'm already very impressed. It is giving me a lot of clean clear mental energy consistently, all day long, got rid of my grogginess that I usually feel and my eye fatigue vanished, as well as boosted physical energy. Upon taking,(about 1 1/2 hr) it felt like I had drank a nice strong cup of coffee but no jitters or nervousness, just pure energy and have been going strong since. Took at 7:30 in the morning, and am writing this at half past 10 pm. I feel like I could go another 8 hrs!

A Good Product for Mental Focus
This product is for enhancing brain function, and it seems to do just that for me, particularly in my work. I seem to have a bit more focus, concentration, and clarity when I use it. I take one a day with lunch, before my evening shift job. I like Jarrow products, and the Swanson discount on them makes them quite affordable.

My friend who worked in a health food store recommended this product. It was taking me more 10 seconds to remember things and after taking this product for two weeks I noticed the difference and am able to recall thoughts quicker. Great for your memory!
