This supplement promotes a clear mind
This is very powerful stuff. Because I had already been taking a vitamin mineral supplement, I can only take one of these capsules a week. Otherwise, I will taste the shilajit. But with even just one capsule a week, I don't have to keep hitting the snooze button at 3 am to get ready for work. I am studying for the LSAT to get one last degree to bring in retirement income. And, when I am reading or studying my mind is more freaking clear and focused than before taking shilajit. I exercise twice a week. I wasn't as focused before taking shilajit.

Helping hand
Shilajit Fulvic Acid helps other supplements do what they are supposed to do. I have used it and it saved me a lot of money that I would have spent on prescriptions.

Jarrow's Shilajit Fulvic Acid Complex A
I was very happy to see Swanson's is offering a Shilajit product with the PrimaVie formula. I had access to the PrimaVie formula from 2009 to 2010, with great results. I am seeing the same results with the Jarrow product. My wife has been taking the Jarrow Shilajit product, also with great results. This product helps in many areas. As an aging boomer, I will say PrimVie Shilajit with 70% is worth using. I urge all to google Shilajit and also Fulvic Acid.
