    Awesome dehumidifier. The best!

    This dehumidifier has proven itself - It does what it says. We placed it on our lower floor/level and it performs beautifully. It even dehumidifies the upper level. You can manage the dehumidifier easily through its "smart" technology. So, if you are away from home, you can easily set schedules and manage the various functions of the unit. I would buy another one if I needed it.

    Good but not better than the older generation

    I have one 8 years older than the new one and i have to say that the older one works better than the new one. The new one throws cold air and the older one warmer air. the older one will bring the room down to 50 % humidity and the new one I can not make it go lower than 60 %.

    Powerful, quiet!

    This dehumidifier keeps my 700 sq foot apartment humidity levels below 50% -- if not on, the humidity climbs to the high 70s! It's not very loud--just a little white noise in the background that doesn't interfere with TV, music, conversations, etc. I do have to empty the tank every day (sometimes 2x), but it's easy to take out and dump in my sink so not a problem. My previous dehumidifier was the smaller version and ran continuously for almost a year, but then stopped working. I was refunded the amount I paid for that one, and in turn bought this one. Overall very pleased with how homelabs handled it and I am very pleased with how effective both -- but especially this bigger one -- have been.

    It’s a replacement

    We were very happy with our dehumidifier’s performance until it died just outside it's one year warranty. You sent us a discount code after we contacted you about the problem, so we took a chance and ordered a new unit. So far, so good, but still disappointed by the short lifespan of the original unit. Would have given 5 stars if original unit had not failed.

    Portable and sleek!

I live in a condo and the ability to move this from room to room with me is wonderful. It also has WiFi capabilities so I can adjust the temps no matter where I’m at, making sure my cats are always comfortable.

    Great dehumidifier!

    Their dehumidifiers work great and it’s the only brand I buy now. They are quiet and work fast to get the humidity gone. I’ve had mine going on 3 years now with no problems and I just bought another one for my daughter.

    Poor air filter-clogged drain unclearable

    We use the bucket and empty when full and from time to time the water puddles on the flood. The filter is insufficient to keep dust out of the water line and we cannot clear the blockage so we have to use a tray under the unit to catch the water. Never again!

    Dead after 2 years and 3 months

    Had my 4500 sq ft dehumidifier with 50 pint reservoir and pump unit for a little over 2 years and it DIED. Called HomeLabs and the first person said that they would replace it but I needed to test it first by removing the electrical plug, clean the filter and tank, then running the dehumidifier. Did not get a drop of water. Called the next day and they offered a 40% discount if I bought the unit from them on their website. I'm debating whether to buy another or a different brand with a better rating. Giving it 2 Stars because 1) it ran good while I had it, and 2) the offer of 40% off a new unit.

It’s not that loud which I appreciate but I have a window unit ac so it doesn’t really bother me. I love the fact that it rolls anywhere and when you need to dump the water it come with a handy handle very convenient with the mouth of water I think it works pretty good but the tube did have a flat area.

    Reduced Summer Humidity

It seems well made, runs quiet, and seems to be working super efficiently. We live in a tri level and with the hot summer weve definitely noticed a difference. The only downside is if the hose it not hooked up to drain, you do have to empty it multiple times a day.

I’m so glad influenster sent me this! I can’t attest to the noise level since i keep it in my closet but if you like white noise, you’ll probably be fine.
