I purchased this July 15. 2024 I used it 3 months. I turned it on this year and it is not working blows hot air doesn’t fill up. I called the company and their answer was it is out if warranty and there is nothing we can do. I will never purchase from this company again

Works Great for the Bathroom!
I have been using the Costway 32 Pint Dehumidifier for over a year. It continues to work great for my purpose. I have a bathroom that does not have windows nor a vent so it gets steamed-up during a shower. The steam from the shower flows into my bedroom. This dehumidifier is perfect for my use because it cleared the steam in a few minutes and dried the air completely after a short time. The unit is small, portable, and the handle folds down to create a flat top. When not in use, it's a great place to set my cell phone.

Better than My Old GE
This dehumidifier worked better than I expected, my GE dehumidifier watts?? was much high but this one is much lower. Humidity level is accurate, not like other ones counting by 5. Not many functions but that made much easier for my wife to understand

The DOE classifies this as an 8 pint dehumidifier; the up to 32 pint label is misleading. It performs poorly to regulate a 500 sq ft air conditioned studio apartment in humid summer conditions. It can’t get below 60% rh with temperature set to 72 F

Working very efficiently with my basement
I was surprised to see it's so compact, not sure if it will work with 2000sf as described. But it turns out it really does! It works very efficiently for my whole basement which is around 2300sf. After a few hours working, you'll feel the difference, no more moisture feeling. The noise level is much lower than my old one, it won't have any impact on your normal work. The compact size is very helpful for storage .

I would say the description of this product is misleading. It says that it works with spaces up to 2000 square feet, but barely functions in my apartment, which is 1000 square feet. I have an external humidity monitor and it has shown no difference since I started using this (about a week and a half ago). Perhaps it would work in a smaller space than mine? I'm skeptical though.

A wet weather saver
It's been wet in the summer and this dehumidifier is a lifesaver. Very helpful during this wet weather. It's not quiet, but it's not loud either.
