Q: I resolved the power issue where i could not start my dehumidifier. I had removed the water tank to attach the drain hose. Once I replaced the tank, I found that the button labeled ""Standby" is actually the Power button.

Great dehumidifier! We had a lot of moisture in the air from our 125 gallon fish tank in the room. This works great. It’s great having an auto set feature as well as the sleep option. We also love that this has a lock feature so my kids can’t change the settings.

I just received this and I thought it would be RW Flame brand as advertised but it is not. There is no mention of RW Flame on the packaging at all. It says “Zafro dehumidifier” on the side of the product. I am not sure yet if it works well. I will update my review later. It makes a small amount of noise. I purchased this because I was familiar with the Brand that I thought it was going to be. I’ve never heard of “Zafro” and wouldn’t have selected this or paid this much for an off-label product, that sounds like it is from Amazon. I could have just ordered on Amazon and got 2 day shipping. This took quite a few days to ship from Target. I feel misled.

I’ve had three other dehumidifiers before getting this one. This one is awesome! Biggest pro for me is how quiet it is. Noise annoys me & this thing is almost whisper quiet. No longer have to turn my dehumidifier off in the evening so that I can watch tv without needing the volume blasting. The tank that collects the water is a great size. I used to have to dump my old dehumidifiers multiple times a day. Definitely not the case with this one.

I unpacked it when it arrived and left it upright for 48 hours before plugging it in. The only initial drawback is the short (3-foot) plastic line, which will require replacement or extension in order to reach a pit or pump station. Like other models, it runs smoothly with comparable noise levels. As we use it more, we’ll make more updates.
