A: Thank you for your question. The target humidity can only be set from low to high, starting at 30% and increasing in 5% increments (30% → 35% → 40% … up to 80%). Once it reaches 80%, it will cycle back to 30%.

Delivered Aug 9, 2025. Completely stopped working Aug 19, 2025. Absolute garbage. Buttons no longer work. Can't set humidity level. Instructions included seem to have been written by a toddler with no grasp of how dehumidifiers work. Absolute waste of money

For the price, this was a good purchase. The unit effectively draws humidity from the air. In this recent tropical weather, we have to empty it three times a day. We did place the unit on a low bench and connect the provided drainage hose to a gallon water jug on the floor, but very little water is diverting through that hose. It has made the climate in our unairconditioned living room much more pleasant.

My basement recently flooded, and I needed a reliable dehumidifier to handle all the extra moisture in the air. So far, this dehumidifier has been doing an excellent job. My only complaint is that the water tank doesn’t hold a lot of water, but luckily it comes with a drain hose that you can hook up to direct the water elsewhere. One feature I really appreciate is the ability to see the current humidity levels right on the control panel. From there, you can adjust the humidity and fan settings as needed. There’s also an option for "automatic mode," where the humidity and fan are adjusted based on the environment, and a "dryer mode" where the compressor runs continuously. In dryer mode, the fan speed and humidity settings are fixed. Since it’s located near my kids’ playroom, I’m glad it has a child lock feature. I can set it to lock mode and not worry about them tampering with it. The wheels make it easy to move between rooms, and it has a "sleep mode" for when it’s placed next to a bedroom. The fan runs at a lower speed, and some of the lights even dim to reduce any disturbance. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the performance and quality of this dehumidifier. It’s recommended to clean the air filter every two weeks for optimal performance, though I often forget with my busy schedule. Nonetheless, it’s been a great help in reducing moisture levels in my basement, which I’m extremely grateful for!
