Dont buy this!
Worked ok for less than a year. Now freezes up constantly and does not function. Called the number on the front for help but got none. Insisted we send emails which we did and got no response. It was on sale for a reason. Don’t buy it.

Great dehumidifier - no owners instructions
We have had this about a week and are impressed with the functionality. We live in a very humid area and this has greatly reduced the humidity in the house. The paltry instructions that came with the unit are basically how to turn it off & on, but nothing more. Every time we empty it, we turn it off then struggle to get it to turn back on, pressing any button in any sequence until it resumes working. I'm glad we purchased the warranty becasue this does not bode well.

Very quiet
This is an amazing dehumidifier. We had previously order a different one that we returned because the sound was just too loud. This one however, is SO quiet! You can barely hear it running and it works great removing any excess moisture from our newly finished basement. We are very pleased.

This dehumidifier works particularly very well. This machine looks very high-end. The buttons are very sensitive. The most important thing is that the dehumidification effect is particularly good . My dehumidification area is very large,and it still can work very well . In a word, this dehumidifier is worth buying!

Continuous drainage hose
As far as lowering the humidity in my basement, it seems to be helping. But the drain hose they provided is about 18 inches which barely covers the length of the machine. Had to purchase a longer hose...

haven\'t been using it long but it appears to be functioning very well in my basement storage room. The pan is not hard to take out even though I\'m small; I had a little trouble getting it back in after I emptied it, but eventually realized that you just have to give it a good shove once it\'s aligned. Very heavy duty cord, but with the wheels it\'s very manoeverable.

Good little cooler
Works fine. Use it every day. I know they said not to use in bedroom but works fine - we do leave the door & both windows open. Love the timer for at night.
