Just set up and filled with water. Seems okay so far however like everyone else, the cover simply does not fit.

I bought this in December and we just got it set up 3 days ago. The pump is terrible doesn't help the slightest bit not to mention when I finally opened it and scanned the QR code to register it, it wouldn't let me add the 3 year extended warranty. I'm very disappointed

We bought this last year and when it came time to close it for the wintwr, we discovered it did not come with the cover. We used a normal blue tarp which was a poor idea. This year we would like to close it properly but can not find a cover for it they are either too small, too large or the wrong shape. How can I get the cover that was supposed to be in the box?

It’s a nice pool I’m doing exercises and swimming fun with the grandkids.

We bought our pool in November and just set it up out of the box cause it’s finally got here. It is leaking everywhere and the pump is broke. Can’t get a hold of anyone to see about a replacement. Do not recommend at all

just ordered it and it arrived within a week, in process of setting up, the videos and on line info very helpful. taking my time easy set up.

I have had this pool for less than a month, the size is ok, the problem i have is the pump does not do a good job, suction not enough have gone through 4 filters, no place to hook up a vacuum unless you put it directly to the pump which again does not have enough suction. Otherwise built well, bought a pool last year spent 2 times as much, filter was great but the liner was junk, came apart at the seems.

This is the perfect size pool for a small yard, I read reviews that the filter was under-powered so I bought an Intex sand filter pump and adapted it to the pool inlet and outlets. I loved this pool right up until I tried to hook up a pool vacuum hose to it. You cannot. The inlet to the filter is less than an 1" in diameter. The smallest size vacuum hose available is 1 1/4" in diameter. Who designs a 3600 gallon pool without the ability to clean it unless you drain it? . The suggestion in the book that comes with the pool suggests that you clean your feet in a bucket before entering. Well, that MIGHT reduce some sediment, but what about the wind blowing dust into your pool. I bought a solar cover and dust will still get in around the edges and drift down the sides and onto the bottom. I am truly disappointed that this manufacturer did not even note on the pool description that it was not adaptable to traditional pool cleaning equipment (other than a manually operated broom!) Check the product specifications and make sure any pool you buy has at least an 1 1/4" inlet / outlet so you won't get surprised like I did when you can't clean your pool.
