[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking zinc about a year ago after I got something called geographic tongue. This is a feeling that the tongue has blisters and burns, though there is nothing visible, and presents itself when there is not enough zinc in the diet. After doing some research, I found that my excessive use of antacids (calcium carbonate) for acid reflux was blocking the absorption of zinc in my body so I would need to cut back on use of antacids and somehow increase my intake of zinc. This product is colorless, odorless, and tasteless and as with most liquids, absorbs more readily into the bloodstream than pills. This is a 30 day supply at the recommended adult dosage. I have only been using this about 10 days but so far, it seems to be working well. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a big bottle of zinc! It’s 4 fluid ounces and the dropper has the measurements marked on it for easy proper dosing. The handle of the dropper is easy to hold and the labels are easy to read. The taste is sort of sweet and minty. There is a slight aftertaste as well but mostly it is not too strong. I like to take this preventatively but also it is good to have around in case of sickness in the area. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t taken this long enough to know if it will do a good long term job of fixing any zinc deficiency issues. Right off the bat though, it seems like it should be a good source, especially for immune boosting. The taste is okay- a little bitter. I think it will be best in a smoothie. The glycerin texture is a little off putting so a smoothie is the best way. I like liquid forms of things because they seem to act faster. Also, it says on the box it’s made in the USA, and certified organic, if that’s important to you! After I take it consistently I’ll know more but right away it seems like a solid product. I was thinking it would have a strange taste but was pleasantly surprised because it really has no flavor. I put a dropper full under my tongue, but this could also be added to water or any other drink. You won’t even notice a flavor. I can’t say for sure if this has helped me yet, only because I haven’t taken it for long. This has not upset my stomach or caused any other negative issues for me.
