I was using Menses Ease(now discontinued) before and that was helping my periods quite a bit, but there was still pain. With GyneAssure I've had minimal to NO pain on my last two periods. I was shocked!! I used to have debilitating cramps and side effects, so this is a game changer for me. *My periods also seem to be more regular/predictable now, but I'm not sure if that's just from the GyneAssure or the MensesEase.

I bought this product after reading that it helps shrink fibroids. I have been taking 4 per day. I didnt realize you were supposed to take it 2-3 times per day. I’m going to purchase another bottle and keep taking them. Then, I’ll have another ultrasound to see if they shrunk.

After a month of using this product I am seeing some positive results. I think continuous use will help with my gyne issues

I have been using this supplement for two years now and my fibroids are under control. I had 2 in my uterus and one of them shrunk so much that almost disappeared ,my period is back to normal flow and I feel great .I just take 6 pills once a day in the morning and that works for me . I can’t say enough about this product! My acupuncturist recommended this for my awful period cramps. They work so well, I am utterly astounded! I usually have the kind of cramps that make you lay on the floor in fetus position, popping 18 Advil a day, calling out sick from work.... I had none of that after taking these pills. The cramps were there but SO light that I only popped 2 Advil and only twice throughout the bleeding. I started taking them at the end of my last period- 4 pills with breakfast, which is one dose. After ovulation I upped it to 2 doses a day and kept it at 2 doses until the bleeding stopped. I had no side effects at all. Worth mentioning that my other PMS symptoms did not subside- still very moody and my breasts were very tender. But this is a miracle cure for cramps and I recommend it to every woman!
