Snags really easily

Even though this throw is incredibly soft and the color was just what I wanted I wouldn't buy again because it's SO fragile. It caught on my ring causing a huge pull of a 6" thread and I've worn that ring for 30 years and that's never happened. Then I noticed another long snag a few days later and I'm super careful with it. I can't imagine what this throw would look like in a family that or a home with pets.
