The pads are super sticky on both sides. Definitely keep the plastic covers so you can keep it cleanly stored. The pads themselves are pretty thick as well, they're flexible but also sturdy at the same time. I'm not sure if it adds 2 cup size but I can visibly see at least a cup bigger difference. There is a bit of a bump padding on the bottom parts to really push your boobs inwards to give a bigger cleavage line.
