[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this creatine powder before going to the gym to get in my workout. I do believe that it helped give me an extra boost, however I could not get over the taste. It was more artificial than I could handle, other flavors may be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ON creatine+ is one of the better tasting creatines on the market. The orange passion fruit isn’t overly sweet which I like. It helps me maintain energy during exercise or when I’m doing heavy lifting.

I was really disappointed when trying this product for the first time and continued on using it because I didnt want it to go to waste. It mixes well but the flavor overall is just terrible and not at all refreshing or even nice to drink. The quality of the product is good, I just couldnt get over the flavor and the aftertaste it left in my mouth. I don't really recommend if you don't like this fruit.

I will say the flavor of this promos really good and I didn’t notice a difference in my water retention while using it. However, I felt like I needed to drink additional water with this product as I began having headaches after drinking this during the day. I would say potentially the sweetener used was irritating, but it did happen a few times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a college basketball player I was really excited to get to start using this supplement in my daily care. I will say however because I am busy athlete in summer training I apparently did not take the time to read the serving size and have found that there is no scoop in the container I read the serving as 2 tablespoons when it was definitely two teaspoons. This was definitely my fault for reading but I was also really disappointed to see the there was no scoop in the container so i had to find a teaspoon scoop or eyeball the amount. However with the correct amount in 12oz the drink is really good tasting and kind if reminds me of the orange flavored name brand energy drinks. I also had a new regeneration after each workout and felt more ready to go for my next workout then I did without the supplement.

I've been taking it almost everyday and have noticed i have better workouts and have more energy through out the day. I havent taken it long enough to notice drastic changes but I will continue taking this one.

At the same time, I received a sample of Optimum Nutrition and mixed it for him to drink. I was really surprised with the product. The taste is easy to drink after dissolving it with water. He said it rehydrates quite well, making his body less tired than when exercising. He really likes the product.

I’ve been buying supplements for years but never looked at Optimum Nutrition just because I was stuck in my ways with the same supplements I had used forever. One thing I notice first was how quickly it mixed into water and smoothies. The texture is like that of other creatines with a small gritty feeling, but it did feel a bit finer than others. Overall great product and worth it as a creatine supplement.

Mixed ok, you do have to pound it or it settles at the bottom. Same results as the flavorless version, would buy if I did not drink protein to mix it in.

During my workout I felt energized and able to get through reps. Another positive is the price point for the quality ingredients of this product.

The creatine mixes easily and is not lumpy which I love. The flavor is pretty good, has a tropical flavor taste very smooth and just over all refreshing but not too sweet. The product is a good value for the price.
