It cleans and absorbs very well. They hold a lot of water too. They just seem to snag easily. I was wiping a bottle top, not the cap, and I must have encountered a sliver of plastic that caught on the cloth. But these things happen. I'm pretty sure it won't affect the performance of the cloth.

The general purpose cloth really can be used for multiple things. I clean my kitchen counters, cabinets, appliances, bathroom vanity, even dust with them. They wash well in the washing machine. I always have several stocked up.

I can’t believe that I can clean my house with just water! My windows have never looked better. And my appliances look brand new! Faucets are shiny….countertops have no residue on them from toxic cleaners… I could go on - but all I can say is, just buy them! You will LOVE to clean!
