Great pasta sauce to always have
Very rich in flavor I have this as a backup and it lasted over a month. I like to keep it in the cabinet. It’s nice and tasty you can. The basil is fresh. I love Raul products because it helps your stomach with there’s less acid in their products, great consistency, and texture.

Consistent Taste
Rao’s is a very highly rated tomato sauce on Wirecutter, so I decided to try it. The flavor is decent with a nice hint of basil and garlic. I appreciate that RAO’s is not acidic and does warm well and taste fresh. The sauce is smooth and thick enough to stay on the pasta but my plate was watery as the sauce settled. For families, RAO’s produces larger jar than the usual 26 ounce jars. RAO’s is a very good sauce but costs more than double my usual brand. Compared to other commercial brand names the flavor is better which should be considered based on availability.

This sauce is delicious, the price for simple ingredients seems wrong. The taste and lack of chemicals is worth it. Unfortunately twice during shipping it has busted open, I’d recommend pick up or get it in store.

Make your own, this is awful
Absolute Garbage, I would have been better to throw it in the trash….. Not even close to a real Tomatoe Basil sauce. I tried, because we were at a Airbnb and it wasn’t as equipped for cooking. My parents were born in Southern Italy and I’m used to the real thing!

So so sauce
The packaging is neat and tidy. The texture is so so. I couldn’t really tell much of a difference. The ingredients said it was pretty clean when it comes to that, but something made it taste off to me. I’m sure you could use it in a lot of things but I probably won’t.
